About 8 weeks ago I started carrying around a moleskin with me everywhere. To jump off of what u/spankybacon is saying. While the normies or healthcare practitioners advice does lack empathy and instruction, it does not lack truth. This is the best piece of advice on here, OP. You will likely be surprised by the results.
